Can I work with you even if I know nothing about personal finance?

Absolutely! Many of our clients start with very little understanding around money and finances. Often they have never made a financial plan, articulated their financial goals or invested before. We’re here to hold your hand through the process, and we’re sure that your understanding and confidence in managing your money will be worlds apart after working with us!

What if I’m not sure whether Financial Advice is right for me?

Financial advice isn’t for everyone, and that’s absolutely fine! Our initial call is free of charge and no obligation, so if you’re unsure, book in a call with us and find out more about what the process involves. If we feel that financial advice isn’t right for you, we’ll be sure to point you in the right direction, whether that’s resources to manage your own finances, financial coaching, accountancy services or a specialist adviser.

Are you FCA regulated?

Yes, our firm is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), meaning that we have to maintain the highest standards and follow rules laid out by the FCA in order to ensure that our clients are protected and treated fairly. We can only recommended products and services that are suitable for you. You can confirm our authorisation by searching the FCA register here.

How much does Financial Advice cost?

Fees for financial advice vary widely and are typically charged as a percentage of assets you invest. However, we charge on a fixed-fee basis around your needs and budget. Financial Planning fees start at £1,500 and vary depending on complexity. Our ongoing packages cost between £100 - £400 per month. Where it is more appropriate for you, we are happy to work on a cost per hour basis. We do not charge any direct fees if we are recommending protection policies for you as we receive commission from the recommended insurer.

Is this service provided remotely or in person?

We know that our clients are busy, and our advice is delivered entirely online and our meetings take place via Zoom. However, if you prefer to see us in person you can visit us in either our Central London or Leeds office, or an alternative location of your choice.
